Right now I am down at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista California with the US U-23 National Team. Currentlly this site is under construction undergoing a huge face lift so I hope by the end of December it will be up in rolling with my new and improved page.

Also in the works is my new anti doping project I have started working on with my training partner Sterling. It should be good so be sure to check back for more info on that towards the end of the month.
